Child Safe Action Plans

Some NSW Government agencies will be required to develop Child Safe Action Plans. These are strategic plans that clearly detail how these agencies will influence change across their sectors, noting their authority as sector leaders. They are intended to promote sector-wide reform, building awareness of child safety and embedding the Child Safe Standards across existing regulatory schemes.

    We will work closely with these agencies to support them to develop these action plans.

    We will also coordinate with other government agencies and regulators to minimise regulatory duplication so organisations and providers are not overburdened.
