Risk for education

The 10 Child Safe Standards were enacted into legislation in NSW on 1 February 2022. They provide a framework for organisations to create, maintain and improve environments that support children and young people to feel and be safe and for organisations to meet their legal obligations under the Child Safe Scheme.

This webinar will:

  • provide an overview of the Child Safe Standards for the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector
  • help educators and staff in the ECEC sector understand there is a risk of harm and abuse to children in services
  • provide resources and links to further support and education
