The OCG will publish notifications on the Public Notification Register for a period of 12 months.

How to make a privacy complaint
Please note that the OCG will formally notify the NSW Privacy Commissioner of each data breach published on this Register.
A person affected by a data breach may lodge a privacy complaint with the OCG, or seek an internal review of the OCG’s conduct, under the PPIP Act. For information on how to make a privacy complaint to the OCG, or how to lodge an application for internal review, please see our Privacy Management Plan.
Alternatively, a person affected by a data breach may lodge a privacy complaint to the NSW Privacy Commissioner. For information, please visit the Information and Privacy Commission’s website.
