The Office of the Children's Guardian provides a range of eLearning courses to help you keep children safe in your organisation.

Our courses

  • Child Safe Early Childhood Education and Care
    • Centre-based services (including long day care, preschools, occasional care, mobile preschools and Multifunctional Aboriginal Children's Services) 
    • Outside school hours care, including vacation care
    • Family day care
  • Child Safe Councils
  • Child Safe Sport
  • Responding to Reportable Allegations (modules 1–7 now available)
  • Child Safe eLearning – Keeping children safe in organisations (for all sectors)
  • SAFESpace eLearning – Keeping children safe in organisations in the disability sector


Please note the Child Safe and SafeSPACE courses are being updated. While the information in the current courses is still relevant, the updated modules will include new content and you may wish to return to complete them when they become available later in the year.

Active and Creative Kids Voucher Program

Organisations applying to be an Active and Creative Kids voucher provider must complete the Child Safe Sport eLearning.

You can now renew your WWCC by using digital proof of identity – no need to visit a Service NSW Centre.
How to renew using digital proof of identity (POI)

You will need:

  • A MyServiceNSW account with the WWCC service added
  • 3 current identity documents including a NSW driver licence or photo card
  • a device with a working front camera for face verification.


If you're renewing a paid WWCC, you will also need a credit card, debit card, PayPal or PayID account.

If you have an expired WWCC clearance or have changed your name on your identity documents since the last time you renewed your WWCC, you can't renew using digital proof of identity.
