Other organisations that come under the Child Safe scheme include some:
- services provided by the Department of Communities and Justice
- NSW health services
- custodial services, and
- services that provide other forms of substitute residential care.

There are many organisations in NSW that must implement the Child Safe Standards under the Child Safe Scheme. You can check if your organisation comes under the Child Safe Scheme.
However, all child-related organisations will benefit from applying the Child Safe Standards.
