Changes to the law in September 2025 mean you can no longer ask for a review of a Working with Children Check (WWCC) decision at NCAT. Instead, the Office of the Childrenβs Guardian Internal Review team can review or reassess certain WWCC decisions.

If you have an expired WWCC clearance or have changed your name on your identity documents since the last time you renewed your WWCC, you can't renew using digital proof of identity.
