The NSW Office of the Childrenβs Guardian is proud to offer our protective behaviours program which includes the following characters: Sam, Andy, Fiona, Eve and Mandu. Theyβre the stars of the SAFE series, a set of four books containing protective behaviour messages aimed at children 2-6 years old.
Supervision on set
Authorised employers need to provide appropriate supervision of children during their employment, taking into account the childβs age, sex and degree of maturity.
Code of Conduct
If you are an authorised employer, you are required to develop a Child Safe Code of Conduct.
Code of Practice
Employers of children in the entertainment, exhibition and still photography industries are required to comply with the Code of Practice.
You will need:
- A MyServiceNSW account with the WWCC service added
- 3 current identity documents including a NSW driver licence or photo card
- a device with a working front camera for face verification.
If you're renewing a paid WWCC, you will also need a credit card, debit card, PayPal or PayID account.
If you have an expired WWCC clearance or have changed your name on your identity documents since the last time you renewed your WWCC, you can't renew using digital proof of identity.
